describing the management style of
Florida's Gov. Rick Scott, the hospital industry and the
1.7 billion dollar Medicare fraud
which occurred when the Gov was in charge of HCA and
Solantic. The latest slight of hand
with LSHA reimbursements to HMA/Shands; the
unaccountability of the Gov appointed
Authority Board and its unqualified good ol' boy
manager, "Jack" Jackson P. Berry make this
